The titles to both No. 16 and
16A contain the above declaration: " AND WHEREAS
the said heraditaments were on the first day of July One thousand nine hundred
and forty eight used as two private dwelling houses and their
cutilages." Even criminal Shirley Carr had made it known to
Spedding that the two properties had been divided long before even 1948.
